On May 11, 2022, MindMedicine (MindMed) Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release titled “MindMed Collaborators Prof. Liechti and Dr. Holze Announce Positive Topline Data from Phase 2 Trial Evaluating LSD in Anxiety Disorders,” which presents topline data from a Phase 2 investigator-initiated clinical trial evaluating LSD in the treatment of anxiety disorders conducted at the University Hospital Basel (UHB). A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on 8-K (the “Report”).
